Volkswagen Group of America - VW for short is what I consider my third career.
For the past 7 years I have been the team leader for both Network & Telecom for the group. Basically 60 locations across the US and Canada, 14 contact centers with in the our buildings - all on Avaya, corporate Skype standard, 2 data centers - full Cisco shop.
Prior to VW, 12 years with a CLEC as Sr Manager for VoIP & data provisioning, repair and the NOC.
Started my career fixing hospital equipment at the University of Michigan and ended my time there managing hospital communication, a 5000 call per day inbound contact center 24x7.
30 years of leading edge technology building,operating and fixing...... geez I sound old.
