Training Delivery Methods




Pre-Paid Training Credits
The ClassPort Program allows you to make a single investment of training credits, that can be allocated over a 12 months period. This program can be used for any of your in-country employees to attend any Avaya Learning open enrollment virtual instructor-led sessions, Web Based Training or online tests. By participating in the ClassPort Program you reduce the need for individual purchase transactions for each training item and safe guards your budget to provide flexibility on when and how you use it.

Learning Paths/Smart Tracks
The Avaya Smart Tracks are intended to provide individuals with a guided path to achieve a specific learning objective or to prepare for a credential.
