I am a Senior Technical Support Analyst for McMaster University, UTS/Telecommunications. I have worked for McMaster for 25+ years. My focus is supporting the voice infrastructure for the university. My telecommunications career began when I was a switchboard operator for the university and have been immersed in this field ever since.
I am happily involved in the IAUG community. My current roles are:
Vice-President of the Toronto Canada Chapter
Membership Coordinator/Secretary for the Ottawa Chapter
Member of: Membership Committe and MEAC, & I was involved with the Attendee Experience Committee.
Now for my new exciting role, Co-Chair of the UC Council.
When I am not immersed in work and telecommunications, I am indulging in red wine, Nutella and food! I am Italian of course;)
Voice is alive and ever changing and I am happy to be part of the changing technology for telecommunications.
