  • 1.  SIP Reachability Options for Agents

    We are on release 8.1 and have H323 and SIP agents. 

    We are working with AUX reason codes, facilitating status, for both local and remote agents.

    Below is from system parameters feature options (page 15)
    Does anyone have a good explanation of how these options interact?


    I want to know how this will affect the agent's experience.
