The Attendee Experience Committee (AEC) is charged with ensuring the Avaya ENGAGE attendee experience is top-notch. The committee is comprised of IAUG Members who have a specific interest in Avaya ENGAGE, the annual conference co-hosted by Avaya and IAUG. The members meet bi-weekly with the Event Planning Staff during the 8 months leading up to the conference to provide feedback, ideas, and strategic direction. The Committee takes particular influence in the agenda flow, special events and reception themes, attendee swag and gifts, the IAUG Booth, IAUG volunteer activities, the event mobile app, and the conference charity partner. The AEC is also responsible for hosting the Attendee Orientation alongside IAUG event staff.
Committee members are expected to attend Avaya ENGAGE and will be offered complimentary registration and access to special volunteer events in exchange for their volunteerism. Committee members must also be customers of Avaya.
Avaya ENGAGE 2023 will be held in Orlando Florida at the Swan & Dolphin Resort from June 18 – 21.
Please apply by September 30. Committee members will be announced by October 15, and term begins November 2023.
