A Telecommunications Industry professional with more than 25 years of total experience. 10 years as an Avaya Systems Application Specialist and 4 years experience as a Avaya Telecom Engineer. I am currently working at the University of Nebraska Medical Center as a Lead VoIP Engineer.
Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing telephone and data equipment issues. I have strong communication skills, written and verbal, commitment to provide quality service to internal and external customers. I have a demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new skills and products; with time and practice, I am capable of becoming a Subject Matter Expert.
When I am not working, I am enjoying time with my family, doing outdoor activities, or catching up on movie/TV watching.
