Judi’s 16 years at Avaya have honed her knowledge and skills in creating best-in-class custom solutions for customers. She’s a great problem solver, listens to her clients and interprets their needs and requirements, then designs a solution—all while educating customers about the process and the technologies in play. With every new project, Judi gets a complete view of the challenge by meeting with people in different roles across the customer’s business. 

Louise Dailey, Consulting Solution Director, Avaya

Louise Daley is a passionate Consulting Solution Director with the Avaya ACES CXI Team, boasting over 30 years of expertise in self-service automation as well as nearly 15 years in Contact Center technologies. A University of Texas at Dallas graduate in Business Management, she additionally holds certifications in Customer Experience Operation Management (COPC Implementation Leader) and is a Customer Journey Mapping expert, reflecting her commitment to industry best practices. As a thought leader in consulting and CX innovation, she has received acclaim for her transformative projects and dedication to excellence.
