  • 1.  Workplace Android Issue

    We are having a sign in issue with our Android users.  We are using MFA through AADS and all our platforms work except the Android phones.  We are getting an error to relogin and then a blank screen.  We have an SR opened with Avaya but aren't getting many answers.  Has anyone encountered this issue?

    Hi,
    We had issues with Android, when we use to login on client will display certificate error for AADS, rest all other platform works fine.

    To fix the issue, we created the certificate with combining Root, intermediate and identity certs as a single certificate and then uploaded in sbc, after this it started working.
    Not sure if your issue is similar but you might give it a try.
    Also, you should check the logs from android cleints which will shows clear causes for the failure.
