    Has anybody had the "pleasure" of integrating a Noble Systems Siphony predictive dialer into their Session Manager environment?

    Ours was TDM and we're doing a conversion to SIP.  I'm interested in comparing notes on how to throttle it's outbound call rate, which is exceeding Verizon's Calls Per Second cap.

    I'll reply to my own post.  We didn't find any effective way to throttle this dialer's outbound call rate, so our internal business partner has opted to add more TDM connections instead.  It stung a little to hear them offer us a scope of work for a custom development to address the shortcomings of their product.
