Does  anyone have a recommendation for an extra loud ring alert supported by Avaya's 9608 phone?

This phone is located in a shop area with loud machinery. The end users do not notice the phone ringing.  An extra loud ring would resolve the issue or some kind of flashing light.

I found a product on Amazon from Krown, an amplified ringer.  These products tie into an analog line which does not seem appropriate for the 9608 phone.
