    Dear members,

    We have 300 users on Avaya Aura enterprise system, version 7.1. All H.323 endpoints.
    There are no DIDs for employees and all external incoming calls are landing on CM IVR (VDN/Vector) and then calls are routed to extensions based on dtmf digits.Dialing 0 connects to an operator (using 9611 set)

    We need two reports to measure the telephony and users performance :

    1. How many calls are not answered by users when operator is transferring external calls to them.
    2. How many external calls are not answered by operator.

    I am able to get report number 2.
    I am unable to get report number 1, I have tried to enable intra switch cdr but that is also not helpful as it dont provide data for missed calls.

    We have standard CDR software and all trunks are ISDN.

    Please suggest.
