Hello, is there a site or forum to find different candidates to manage Avaya Call Center? I'm looking for somebody to help manage our call center agents and besides typical recruiters, I was seeing if there was a different forum to find. We are having a tough time managing the agents due to the lack of call center experience our supervisors have.
