    Does anyone have documentation on reducing the number of desk phones in Government?  With remote workers and the push of online apps like teams, zoom, etc. has anyone reduced their handset count, due to the shift in technologies?  How about moving from physical handsets to applications, reducing the desk real estate and easier for hotelling staff.   Let me know.

    David,

    That is very vague. I don't have any documentation but I know of plenty of organizations that have made the switch to primarily softphones. Every company is different but if I had additional information I'd be happy to work with you to compile an ROI strategy to support a shift like this. - stephen.robitaille@intlxsolutions.com
