Does anyone have a suggestion for a reliable and capable Avaya business partner. Have relationships with two (and won't name names) but neither are what I would consider acceptable in terms of having knowledgeable Avaya engineers, project managers, etc.
Any have a business partner that they find to be reliable and capable? Is Avaya Professional Services a better (albeit expensive) option?
