For me the networking opportunities have been invaluable. Meeting other Avaya customers that face some of the same challenges and discussing what path they took to resolve them has helped me thru some tough configurations. This conference has been unique for me in that most attendees are using the same solutions. Engage has provided me with a "team" of individuals I can reach out to when something gets me stumped. Definitely a success in my book!
