Good afternoon.

A question has been asked of me.

Is there a way to schedule skill changes automatically for users?

We have a group that wants to automatically change a group of users from skill 1 to skill 2 at 10 AM and at 12 PM change it to just the opposite.
They also want the ability to add all skills to the users at the end of the day when call volume starts to decrease.

We are using CentreVu 12.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you go into the emulated version of CMS, you can use the timetable feature to do this. I'm sure there may be a way to do it on the GUI version, but then the PC / CMS have to be up and running.

I have not used the emulated version of CMS.

Is it a hard thing to use?

We're experimenting with GEDI scheduler.  Must be running to work though.
