I pretty sure all BP's whether Avaya or Nortel aligned offer buy back options. There are also many others out there Cxtec, Paragon & Blackbox are a few I know of. You will possibly find better pricing with someone you're still dealing with vs. calling a vendor out of the blue. I have dealt with Cxtec and Atlantel and most of the time you recoupe some money other times they cover the shipping just to get rid of it. Both will tell you if they flat out don't want it which helps deciding what to do with it. I recall Cxtec having a "green" service. Basically disposing of computer/electronic waste responsibly.
