I am looking for some information on Avaya CDR?? Is this a good product or do you think we should go with another vendor??How user friendly is it??

CDR?? I know of no product that uses that specific descriptor.. cna you provide any additional information??

you can go to www.avayacdr.com very helpful and easy to use tool .

Call detail recording is a system IP data output and not an actual application. This information is fed into a 3rd party CDR management program that parses the data elements and uses them for re-billing or to rectify provider billing. Avaya does not offer their own CDR application and has not for several years but has many application providers certified via the DevConnect program.
