Hi Rachel,
Assuming we're discussing Communication Manager, there are several different types of Call Park:
- Simple Parking where you park a call on your own extension
- Common Shared Extension parks, which are administered on the console parameters form (using these results in phantom extensions)
- Deluxe Park and Page, which allows you to park a caller and then automatically connect to overhead paging
- Group Paging
- Park and Page, which is a Breeze Add on
Only group paging can be assigned to zones which are defined by the telephones in the group. You can list, add, change, remove group-page if this is what you're looking for.
Loudspeaker Paging can be accessed from the SAT with "change paging loud".
