Not Ready Pending - Avaya Oceana

    Hi everybody,

    I am struggling with an issue with Avaya Oceana Workspaces since a month now. Here is the situation :
    1. I have an extension H323 logged in on One Agent
    2. An Oceana Agent logged in on Avaya Workspaces with this extension and his login
    And when I try to change of this agent, I have this error on Workspaces "NOT READY PENDING"

    And in /var/log/Avaya/dcm/pu/CallServerConnector/CSC-csc-1.log I have these information:

    So the state of the agent stay in Pending since I restarted the DMCC service on AES to release the link between CSC and AES.

    SMGR 8
    CM 7.1.3
