    I need to get the recording of play by play from my University's illustrious seasonal highlights utilized as music on hold for our ticketing sales vector while the callers are waiting for an agent to answer. I have been furnished the recording and it is loaded onto the storage card of the device shown in the attached photo. I'm not sure if this is a step in the right direction or not. I've been browsing IAUG and Avaya Support and Youtube for helpful info but nothing is jumping off the page. I took photos of the top, bottom and back connections and of music sources as they are now, but not sure which is used, view the attached. We have had devices such as this connected in the past and this is likely one of them that's been removed for whatever reason but I was never involved unfortunately. I need the recording to play for each on hold caller while waiting for an agent. How do I hook this up? What is the administration? Is tenant partitioning used? We have three VAL boards, two are almost full. G3 Version V16 Enterprise. This group's assistance is very much appreciated. Thank you.
