Customers who are considering moving to one of the Avaya cloud offers – Avaya Experience Platform (AXP), Avaya Enterprise Cloud (AEC), and the hybrid AXP Connect – need to understand how contact center applications such as outbound and callback will be impacted. Among the most common contact center customer experience (CX) applications are callback and proactive outreach. The new Avaya cloud offers provide options for callback and proactive outreach, but how compatible are they with your on-premises features? This session will help attendees evaluate the best fit whether it be cloud, on-premises, or implement some combination of the two.
