We need to allow a large number (400+) of people get various levels of access to our Avaya environment. What are the options for manageing this and also avoiding conflicts with administration tasks?
They'd need access to system manager, communication manager, aura messaging as a minimum, ideally CMS too. I know system manager can do te this (not CMS) but the interface is clunky at best.
Ideally I want the user to be able to log in once to a system that gives them access to all the systems they need and ideally that is linked to AD for authentication which also identifies then as an administrator rather than having to create and manage 450+ user accounts
