    Does anyone know of a way to report on the historical stats of Deleted Agents?  We reuse our extensions for the call center, so I have to remove the old Agent before I create the new one in order to use the extension again.  When we try to run a historical agent report, only the currently defined agents are available for selection so the older data is inaccurate.  If this cannot be done, is there way to inactivate or unassign an Agent if they leave so their data is available for reporting?  It seems that an Agent must have an extension assigned and the extension must be unique as far as I can tell.  Thanks.
