I don't have an Apple Watch to test with, but we've been told by a couple of users that their Apple Watch does not react to Avaya Workplace calls the way native phone calls or other calling apps do. They say they don't get any kind of alert. Do any of you have any best practices around Apple Watches and Workplace? Are there settings in the either the iPhone or the watch that need to be made?
