  • 1.  RedSky E911 Manager with dual Session Managers

    Hi All,
    Does anyone use RedSky E911 Manager in a Dual Session Manager Active/Active configuration? The current release of E911 Manager (6.13.0) has an issue with dual SM's dropping SIP mappings for E911 Anywhere users. There is a fix on the horizon, but if anyone has a workaround in place now, could you share the workaround?
