Hello all - looking to find some other companies that have deployed Oceana and using it for voice and digital channels. I'm told by Avaya that there's a lot of customers out there using it, but I'm having a heck of time finding them.
It would be great if there was a community of users that could help provide feedback/guidance/warnings on what works well, what doesn't, etc.
