  • 1.  Oceana Customers..... do any exist???

    Hello all - looking to find some other companies that have deployed Oceana and using it for voice and digital channels. I'm told by Avaya that there's a lot of customers out there using it, but I'm having a heck of time finding them. 

    It would be great if there was a community of users that could help provide feedback/guidance/warnings on what works well, what doesn't, etc. 

    Hope to hear back from someone/anyone ;-)

    HI Ryan,
    I personally don't know which companies have deployed Oceana, but I suspect our Customer Experience Council chairs and Avaya Advocate might be able to point you in the right direction.  Why don't you sign up for the Customer Experience Council and attend a monthly meeting, or reach out to Scott Burns or Mary Doran, the council chairs?

    Ryan a reply to an old message but I am asking the same thing...  we are running Oceana 3.8x with all digital channels deployed if you want to sync up just let me know.
