  • 1.  IX Workplace v3.34-3.36 - HP Elitebook G8 - Windows 10 & 11 - internal microphone distorted/not working

    Have others experienced this and found a solution?

    Works fine on Workplace v3.33 and earlier.

    Have had open ticket for a while with Avaya support and saying it is an HP issue and no fix recorded.

    Terry, does the internal microphone work well on other versions if Workplace?

    Yes, microphone works fine in all releases up to 3.33.

    Received this from Avaya today:

    "This issue is addressed and is currently being worked on in priority as we have other customers reporting this issue as well.
    I have received an update from Tier 4 that there are no documents available currently for this issue."
