Hi Tom,
Thank you for your response.
We are using AAfD version 2.X registered to CM. The clients use local configuration and are on Cisco Anyconnect VPN.
The reason for this question to is find out the best practices before deploying the latest release of AAfD, as the newer release could potenentially have some issues (which gets addressed in the furture release) and we want to test it before deploying to larger group of Agents.

Hi Vijeth,
If you describe your environment, others may find it easier to offer advice. For instance, are you registering directly to Session Manager, or through the SBC and are you for instance using Control Manager or Device services?
In general, when we moved from AAFD 1.7 to version 2.x we tested in a production environment using non production extensions, agent IDs and skill groups. We also found in our SBC we had to implement an alternate proxy for a different WebLM license server.
Hope that helps.

Is there a procedure to test the latest release of AAfD in a test environment or any partner that can provide such service before deploying to a larger group of agents in a producation environment? The reason being to understand any know issues upfront so we are not release any version that could cause issues for our Agents.
