Podcast with IAUG President

Hear IAUG President Paula Brown-Hackett discuss the goals, mission, and offerings of IAUG in an interview with the Voice Report's Telecom Junkies podcast.

The Best of the Old, Plus Some New Offerings

With IAUG, you’ll recognize many of the valuable offerings that you received through the previous user groups, and you’ll find some distinctly new ones as well. For instance, you’ll still have the opportunity to connect with fellow communications technology professionals near you, as well as by product. You’ll also see that these communities have been organized to help you get the most out of them, whether through a new region or a new product category.

A Great Start to a Great Organization

The success of this year’s annual Avaya users conference, The Art of Evolution/Global Connect 2010, was a highly encouraging indicator of what Avaya customers can expect from IAUG. The organization has certainly started on a high note in terms of our relationships with members and with Avaya. As we lead the transition of this organization from startup to fully operational over the next several months, we have every intention to capitalize and build on that momentum.

We also invite you to provide your input, get involved, and consider a leadership role within IAUG. If you have any questions about IAUG’s offering or your membership, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@iaug.org.

Sincerely,

Renee Seay            Brad Tompkins                 Frank Castro
