Good Morning-
I'm a project manager at a University with approximately 30K users spread across multiple area codes. We have been able to maintain a 5 digit internal dial plan but we are quickly exhausting our ability to do so. Are there any other Higher Ed institutions that have either migrated or are planning to migrate to a 10 digit or E.164 dial plan? I would love to discuss your planning and implementation experiences with you.
