Has anyone experienced when selecting the "headset button" and then pressing a "Busy Indicator" on JEM 24 connected to J179 SIP endpoint that it will not dial the extension?
If you press the Busy Indicator first and initiate the call you can then press the headset button and it works. Seems a bit quirky to me especially for our receptionist
