    Anyone used the bulk call feature for dialing PSTN?

    Documentation states: Make sure that an SLA Mon agent is present in the firmware of the Avaya endpoint from where
    you want to make the call. However, the receiving telephone does not require to have an SLA Mon
    agent.
     

    I can call SLAMON Agent to SLAMON Agent, however, anything beyond that comes back with the following error: Either of Source extension 1xxx-xxx-xxxx or Destination extension 1xxx-xxx-xxxx is not SLAMon agent.

    Entries in the text file are 11 digit extension and 9 11 digit PSTN

    I honestly have never used the feature -- and didn't know it was actually a thing.

    Hwy Nick, just finished up a change window and saw your response.  Yeah, I watched the video and looked through the documentation I could find.  Here it is in the 2022 doc if you're interested.
