I checked related info: Avaya Aura® Communication Manager Feature Description and Implementation
Chapter: Call Detail Recording.
There are lots of call detail record fields in the system really.
Besides other fields there is Condition Code field.
The system uses different Conditions Codes for different situations:
- the system does not complete a call because some facilities are unavailable,
- the system terminates a call to a ringing station,
- the system terminates a call to a busy station, and so on.
So the system provides some details in CDR.
Use the following procedure.
change system-parameters cdr. The CDR System Parameters screen appears.
intra-switch CDR field, type y.
Then change intra-switch-cdr .
Check special spplication feature SA8202 - Intra-switch CDR by COS.
Another way you will have to type all the stations in change intra-switch-cdr.
Say station X has COS 5. So change COS 5 and check Intra-switch CDR - y

Can we get unanswered call reports for internal calls in intra-switch CDR report ?
We are getting reports of answered calls of internal calls but want to capture data on unasnwered calls as well.
