Is there a way for Avaya Site Admin to storage the Label Text file on a network drive?  We have around 10 technicians that print out labels and would like to have one place to store/access this so that the labels are consistent and not have  to be updated by all 10 techs when modified.

Also, is there any documentation regarding wildcards.  I have used some successfully, but others don't seem to work well.  In particular bridged appearances seem to give me problems.

    Thanks in advance,

    Jason

Everything I have seen saved in ASA is user profile specific. One possible way would be to run ASA on a virtual machine that you have a common login for.

Another possible way would be to create a symbolic link on each device that maps each of you to a common folder. This might not work if you have different ASA logins.

    Good luck!

Thanks for the response. I kinda thought this was going to be a profile issue.

    Thanks,
