One-X Communicator and One-X Agent don't have the built-in "enhanced" screen pops like they have for Avaya Workplace. In 1XA, it is possible to do screen pops, but I don't think you can trigger them on install.
I'm really hoping that you aren't doing a screen pop to tell people to "not call 911 with this device." I don't know the state of the laws in Canada in that regard (I've been told they are working to implement something), but in the US, you are /required/ to present correct proper location information to 911 operators. Either way, it's the right thing to do for all remote users.
