We want to forward calls on a RNA to a voicemenu. Since this was implemented after the DID, Ext and voicemail box was established, I'd like to retain those numbers and mailbox. When we assign mailbox to the menu, the mailbox wants to act like the menu, so we can't delete voice messages, then after the message plays, it plays the Main Menu prompt recorded in Customized Greeting 01.
I understand why it doesn't work, I just don't want to tear it all apart, I'd rather retain the process for the end users; recording the prompts and listening to the messages in the same mailbox rather than using the existing mailbox as the menu mailbox, then building a new mailbox for messages.
Anyone know the best way to accomplish?
