I personally have not seen that error - I had many other issue with Bridge line when we were using AAWG with the app. - So if your using AAWG for APN the best thing you can do is move APN to SM , however what has been a life saver for me in the past with the app and sporadic issues is under the support tab in the menu you can report a problem and email your self the logs / or ask the user to email you the logs when it happens then it gives you some form off base logs to look at their is sip trace in the logs as well.
