Yes.  We've had a couple users complain.  The compatibility matrix says it runs under OS 13.x.  I opened a ticket with Avaya asking when it'll be compatible with 14.  No response yet.

Please let us know what Avaya tells you.

I started getting reports from users yesterday. I have read that app versions 3.24 and higher have the issue but that version 3.2 will work as a temporary fix until Avaya comes out with an update. I have not tested this yet.

Here is what we did to help resolve the issue with Workplace on the Sonoma OS.

In Terminal, identify running processes: ps -ef

Making sure that all unnecessary applications are closed will help reduce the list of applications as you will need to find the PID for the Workplace application

Once you find the PID you can enter the following command:  renice -n "-10" (you can set the app priority -20 to 20) -p "PID" (put PID of 'workplace' here)

    Hope this helps.

We tried the renice command on v3.33, but Workplace still crashes on Sonoma.

Avaya has v3.21 available for download. Has anyone tested that version?

I just had a user try 3.20.0 from this site (https://workplace.avayacloud.de/) and it worked.  It's probably also available on PLDS but this was easier.

I have several users that replaced their up-to-date version of Workplace with the older 3.21 version and they have been working with no problems.

Thank you for all the feedback.  v3.21 does appear to be working for us as well.  We're advising folks who have already upgraded to Sonoma to use Workplace on their smartphones, downgrade to v3.21, or wait for the expected release of 3.35GA by the end of this month.
