    I hope this technical solution will be useful for engineers working with IP Office.

    IPO under SMGR management.

    IPO ver 11.1.1 build 209

    If you regenerate IPO certificate: SMGR Services - Sequrity: 

    then on IPO Actions - Initial Configuration, so 2-3 min later you can see IPO Lic error:

    We can see System Status:

    The fact is that if there were users on the server who were added through SMGR, then their extensions are still on IPO and have to be deleted.

    Then the problem will be fixed:

    Just again add (remove and add) IP Office endpoint profile in SMGR for each user.

    Some addition on the topic of License Mode: WebLM Error.

    Below in the screenshot you can see that users have already left the IPO after the procedure Erase Security Settings, but the extensions remain.

    These extensions will have to be removed manually to return the License Mode: WebLM Normal.
