Hi there,
Is anyone currently using Theta Lake to manage their communications within Avaya Cloud Office? I'm looking for some feedback on the tool.
Looking to turn on SMS, but have some legal requirements that need to be met first. Such as archiving/data retention of text messages and the ability to search them in the event that it becomes legally necessary.
