We have a user that would like to have Avaya Workplace on a personal smartphone and continue to use EC500 with a work issued cell. List traces show that when the user logs into Workplace, there is no attempt to setup digits to the work cell. The call is received in Workplace only. However, when the user logs out of Workplace, EC500 works as designed.
Has anyone been able to get EC500 and Workplace simultaneously?
