I don't use GoDaddy for certs, but most providers I deal with allow you to download a "chain" file that includes the root and all the intermediate certs in one bundle. They should be PEM encoded.
If they don't provide that, you will need to take the root cert and all the intermediate certs and paste them into the same file. Start with the root cert first, then work your way down until you get to, but not include your individual cert.

Subject: Avaya SBCE and 3rd party certificates
I am struggling to get certificates generated from GoDaddy to work on my SBCE. Here are the files I have from GD.
xxxxx.pem
xxxxx.crt
gd_bundle-g2-g1.crt
gdig2.crt.pem
I've installed the xxxxx.pem file as the main certificate, with the gd_bundle....crt file as the CA certificate. After reboot I am getting a TLS handshake error (unknown ca).
