I am trying to configure LDAP on Avaya Messaging 11 to a local ldap server using windows 2019 for Administrator accounts only. The user / voicemail accounts are synced to SMGR currently and created via SMGR LDAP, roles and templates using AD as the primary creation point. But I still need to get admins to login to IX messaging without using one account "administrator" to login to the Messaging software. They use their domain accounts to login to the windows box but currently all use administrator for the messaging software and I want to change this to ldap logins for the software as well.
Any guidance would be apprecaited.
