Hi Mark,
I used the CC Elite documents along with the BA document you see in the screenshot to study for it several years ago, I was lucky enough to have the certification auto-renewed last year, so I have not taken it recently. Even though BSR is from a past era of CC's, make sure you understand all aspects of it.
