    There is a setting in System Feature Parameters page 11 that allows you to set the default mode when an ACD agent logs in. By default it is set to Aux which puts a user into Aux Works as soon as they log in. I have tried to change this to Auto so that the agent is ready to receive calls as soon as they log in. When I make the change it appears to take but when I go back in to the settings it is back to Aux again. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?
