Conflict in the Workplace
- This panel will discuss conflict and microaggressions in the workplace for women. We'll cover how to recognize and respond to microaggressions, establish credibility, and navigate relationships with anti-ally characters. Additionally, we'll touch on promotion pause, where women struggle to advance, and the generational gap in women's progression. Join us to gain valuable insights for navigating these challenges and achieving success in the workplace.
