I am a technology veteran with approximately 26 years of experience. My journey started as developer with Siemens, IBM, Alcatel, Southwestern Bell, Solutions Bank Incorporated, and eventually to Southwest Airlines. I have called Southwest Airlines home for 22 years.
My career at Southwest Airlines started as a software developer within the operational side of the house delivering Southwest routing engines and our first turbulence system for dispatchers and weather department. Since then I have moved into a Product Owner role and now into the role of Technology Solutions Consultant.
I have been involved in the contact center world for the past 8 years. It has allowed to bring my passion for technology to a very interesting industry. I do find the contact center industry to be one of the most fascinating and interesting fields in my career. I firmly believe that I have found my home and truly enjoy all it offers.
