Dear All,
Can we provide a web interface of Avaya System Manager or something similar to our SIP telephony users so that they can manage their contacts from Web page instead of adding them manually by phone key pad. The idea is to provide a user friendly interface to end users.
Its possible in Cisco but not getting any information for Avaya side.We are using SMGR 8.1.3

What happens when a user that has only the "End-User" role attempts to login to System Manager?

@Arslan Ali Are they entering the password from "Identity" tab or "Communication Profile" tab? The catch is to enter their user profile password and not the sip password.​
