  • 1.  Contact Analyzer Replacement Options

    Looking for recommendations on cradle-to-grave reporting tool since Contact Analyzer is being sunset at the end of the year. We rely on it so heavily that we can't wait until the new Avaya product comes out end of Q1 early Q2.

    Bonus points if it captures entire enterprise and not just Contact Center.

    Jessica,
    i don't know if you looked at either Taske or RSI software.  We use Taske for our contact center at Fiserv, and I am not sure if RSI also has a Contact Center software, i know they have CDR. Hope that helps!
